Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our presales team. Someone who can distil customer needs into a simple vision and can propose solutions that meet the client’s needs. The right candidate should be capable of understanding the requirements, articulate the relevant solution in the form of writing detailed proposals and presentations doing complete justice to the client’s requirements
 
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understand the client requirements and simplify them for technology stakeholders.
  • Expertise at preparing custom sales pitches, proposals and presentations, documents and supporting material.
  • Work with subject matter experts and technology teams to make sure technical proposals are drafted to address the client requirements and put forth new capabilities / solutions in front of clients in the most effective manner.
  • Ensure smooth handover of projects to the delivery team, ensuring all knowledge and documentation is transferred. Provide consultative support to the team as needed
  • Proactively look for areas where we can pitch and cross-sell solutions to existing and new clients.
  • Assist in industry research, market study to arrive at gaps and propose possible solutions.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching support for team members.
  • Ability to interact and build relations with senior stakeholders within the organization
  • Ability to independently manage client relationships

 
Skills and Abilities

  • Experience of working in either sales or presales or business analysis roles especially working for client in Connected Healthcare/Digital Healthcare domain.
  • Results Driven – Revenue and Win conversion orientation
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight with complete ownership of your deliverables.
  • Ability to communicate exceptionally well (written, visual and verbal) and partner with key stakeholders to help develop domain and customer-relevant solutions
  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail; capable of synthesizing and summarizing complex data or findings to drive decision making
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity through the definition of prerequisites, critical success factors, and assumptions
  • Effective interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • Team player – ability to work with team members and participants from other functions; Ability to communicate effectively with Leadership and down the ranks
  • Has an attitude of continuous improvement, both for the self and the organization

 
Qualification

  • MBA / Engineering Graduate with 5+ years of experience. Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Presales/Solution consulting experience is a must
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to solve business problems with a strategic solution
  • Solid understanding of the consultative sales cycle and sales techniques
