Project Overview

The primary requirement was to set up an offshore center with a dedicated team to help them with their product development roadmap for remote patient monitoring. The requirement was to build multiple mobile applications and microservices using the latest technologies on AWS infrastructure.

From procuring mobile devices to laptops/MacBooks, secure ODC with biometric scanners and surveillance, we helped them set up the entire physical infrastructure. The client-specific medical devices were shipped by them.

With restricted access to workstation, biometrics and surveillance, data backup, confidentiality of sensitive or critical information, concern was a secure environment that works for the sensitive data while following regulatory compliance.

01. Set up the Physical Infrastructure
We set up a team based as per the requirements and acted as a local vendor with an office established in Chandigarh. To maintain a higher level of security we secured the development center with biometric scanners and surveillance and ensured agile development.

02. Hardware-Software Set up
We were responsible for handling the entire ecosystem that includes both the hardware and software. From handling mobile devices, laptops, systems, and their software, we handled and managed everything and allowed clients to focus on other crucial areas. Their medical devices for testing were directly shipped to us!

03. Talent Acquisition
