Roles and Responsibilities
- Minimum 4 years of experience with React-Native and Flutter development
- Solid understanding of React Native and Flutter frameworks, including component state management and navigation.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Dart programming languages.
- Familiarity with Redux, MobX, or other state management libraries.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience working with designers to create visually appealing interfaces.
- Familiarity with Material Design Guidelines for Android and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
- Good knowledge of using open-source libraries for both React-Native and Flutter.
- Working knowledge of offline storage, performance tuning
- Working knowledge of integrating and using RESTful web services
- Experience in cross-platform application design, development, debugging, and release activities
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, such as Jest, Detox, or Flutter’s testing framework.
Skills and Abilities
- A strong work ethic and the ability to manage yourself and your time
- Outstanding teamwork skills
- Publishing applications to the PlayStore & AppStore and is familiar with the process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as active listening skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing and/or mentoring junior developers
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies. Ability to understand user stories
- Experience with JIRA and GitHub
